Beautiful 24-year old actress Emma Stone started out her Monday the right way: with a tough Pilates class in West Hollywood, California. Stone looked cool & casual all in black and gray, donning yoga pants and ray ban sunglasses as she left the famous Mari Winsor Pilates studio that she frequents on a regular basis.
Emma has kept super busy since her rise to fame in the blockbuster flick Superbad and has stared in several movies over the past few years. Stone was lucky enough to star in the comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love alongside Ryan Gosling, who speaks very highly of Emma; 'She (Emma) is everything all the time; there is no one like her'. Jim Carrey also recently declared his undying love for Stone, professing his crush on the Spiderman actress in public! But it appears that Emma's Spiderman co-star Andrew Garfield has stolen her heart for the past year. Who wouldn't fall in love with this cute-as-a-button actress? She is stylish, fit, healthy and rocks the Hollywood glamour look effortlessly (see first photo above).
Emma has openly declared that she detests fad diets and refuses to participate in them, instead following the old school route of regular exercise. Emma's workout routine consists of rock-climbing, walking and of course Pilates classes. Stone reveals that she loves to be outside as much as she possibly can when working out, hence her obsession with rock-climbing. Emma likes to go rock-climbing at the Chelsea piers in NYC. Stone also likes to go for long walks or jogs when she is in Hollywood. Last but not least is Pilates!
Emma is often snapped by photographers leaving her favourite Pilates studio, El Lay, in West Hollywood. Her instructor, Mari Winsor, has taught Stone for the past year. 'There's not much to chisel away at on her body (Emma's), but she enjoys the feeling of flexibility and well-being. Whenever she (Emma) is in town, she tries to come in every day'. Stone participates in one hour Pilates classes and specifically requests that her Pilates exercise focus on toning up her thighs, gluts and strengthening her core. Winsor reveals Emma's progress; 'Emma was excited about the little lines (of definition) that were created around her ab muscles!'
Pilates is excellent for toning and strengthening the abdominals and core, as well as creating long, lean and flexible muscles.
