Below is a recipe for the easiest mango smoothie ever. My old roommate made it for me one hot summers morning in late 2009 and I have continued to make it on a frequent basis whenever mangoes are in season. Note: this smoothie is meant to be quite thick!

MANGO SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 mango, cut and chopped
- 1 blender
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 200ml low fat milk
- 200ml ice
Cooking
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for around 30 seconds to 1 minute or until no chunks of mango remain.
